Ayefele bin attend Our Saviours Anglican Primary School inside Ipoti-Ekiti for im primary and secondary education before e lata waka go Ondo State College of Arts and Science for Ikare Akoko, Ondo State, Nigeria.

Ayefele work small as journalist and broadcaster for Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, Ibadan, wia im dey produce jingles and musical works for radio.

Ayefele start im music career for 1997 after he im bin get motor accident wey damage im back bone wey come make am to dey use wheelchair as e no fit waka again. Na after about 9 months wey im don dey inside hospital na im Kola Olootu wey be im friend visit am come advise make im  try arrange some songs put together. Na this advice  make Ayefele come release im first album wey be, Bitter Experience for 1998 wey come catapult am enter limelight. Im come release another album follow  Bitter experience wey im call Sweet Experience. Other albums wey im release be Something Else, Divine Intervention and Life after death, wey im take honor Gbenga Adeboye, a Naija radio presenter, musician and comedian. The title Bitter Experience na im torchlight his experience wen im get accident wey  Sweet Experience come be the sweetness wey follow the "Bitter Experience".

Yinka Ayefele be the owner of Fresh FM 105.9 FM radio station wey dey Ibadan for inside Oyo state. The radio station bin start operations in 2015 after NBC give dem licence on the 30th April, 2015.
