As a phychologist, I work across di following sectors, academia, manufacturing, consultancy, financial services, oil & gas and di public sector.

Rotimi Adelola wey dem bon August 15, 1958, for Ondo City in Ondo Stat, Naija. Them bon am for Ondo Citi but na Araromi-Obu and im bi prince. Im get Ph. D in Organizational Psychology from di University of Ibadan. I kolet im M. sc in psychology from di University of Lagos and a B. SC digree (2nd class upper) in social sciences from di University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University). Dr. Rotimi Adelola na alumnus of di International Development Ireland, Dublin, the London Management School and the Harvard-Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University USA.
